DB Netz AG
For many years, DB Netz AG has been working intensively on the introduction of digital control and safety systems in order to replace the various interlocking technologies used today across the network. DB Netz sets standards and implements them systematically together with the railway industry. Open and standardized interfaces and modular design of the digital signal boxes ensure, among others, more competition among manufacturers. Workplaces will become more modern and attractive, the qualification of employees simpler, more uniform and quicker.
